Job summary

Blue Yonder, based in Dallas, TX, seeks a Technology Control Officer / Cyber Threat Intelligence Expert to own the Technology Control Plan end-to-end, ensuring ITAR/EAR compliance and direct reporting to the GSC. The role requires a DoD-appropriate security background and collaboration across security and product teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, information security, or related field.
• Strong understanding of NISPOM, DAAPM, JSIG methodologies.
• Proven experience as an ISSO supporting DoD efforts.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the Technology Control Plan end-to-end: policy, oversight, assurance, Board reporting, and attestation to GSC.
• Ensure ITAR/EAR compliance across BYDS operations; review classifications and export controls.
• Define control requirements for product teams; monitor specs, audit logs, and evidence; identify vulnerabilities.
