Wyoming Air National Guard is seeking a knowledgeable IT professional for a permanent Title 32 Dual Status Technician position in the 153d Communications Squadron. Responsibilities include system administration, troubleshooting, identity management, and end-user support on LAN environments.

The role requires experience with Active Directory and strong problem-solving abilities. Military affiliation is required; duties require physical presence with limited telework options.

Qualificações

• Must possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-07 grade level in the federal service, or military/civilian equivalent.
• Must possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-09 grade level in the federal service, or military/civilian equivalent.
• Configuring, administering, and monitoring client and server systems on a Local Area Network (LAN) to maintain baseline operational readiness.
• Analyzing and resolving tier-1 and tier-2 hardware, software, and network configuration issues for end-users.
• Managing user directory services, including provisioning accounts, establishing access permissions, and resetting security credentials (e.g., Active Directory).
• Providing direct technical assistance, customer service, and systems training to end-users on hardware and software suites.

Responsabilidades

• System Administration: Configuring, administering, and monitoring client and server systems on a LAN to maintain baseline readiness.
• Troubleshooting: Analyzing and resolving tier-1 and tier-2 hardware, software, and network issues for end-users.
• Identity Management: Managing directory services, provisioning accounts, access permissions, and credentials (e.g., Active Directory).
• Customer Support: Providing direct technical assistance, customer service, and systems training to end-users.
• System Optimization & Lifecycle Management: Analyzing performance, deploying hardware/OS patches, and maintaining security compliance.
• Integration Support: Resolving complex IT integration, security configuration, or interoperability issues.
