Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Cyber Intelligence Vice President to lead threat identification, assessment, and mitigation for senior executives.

You will apply OSINT, risk management, and intelligence analysis to monitor threat landscapes and deliver executive-ready insights to senior stakeholders. You will oversee playbooks, dashboards, and automated workflows, collaborating with internal teams and trusted partners to strengthen the firm's executive cyber protection program.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor dark web and surface web environments to detect personal information and data exposure related to executives.
• Identify and remediate executive data presence on data broker sites, ensuring timely removal and ongoing compliance.
• Produce executive-ready reports with concise summaries, risk narratives, and recommended actions for non-technical audiences.
• Detect and assess threats targeting senior leadership and convey findings appropriately.
• Monitor social media for executive impersonation and coordinate takedown actions with teams/vendors.
• Oversee executive protection vendors to ensure SOPs and SLAs are met.
• Develop and improve playbooks, SOPs, and decision trees for executive digital-risk scenarios.
• Deliver alerts and briefings to keep senior leadership informed of emerging risks, including verbal presentations under time pressure.
• Build scripts to automate repetitive investigative tasks such as data collection and reporting.
• Stay current on evolving digital threats and best practices to strengthen the program.

As a Cyber Intelligence Vice President at JPMorganChase within the Executive Cyber Protection program, you will serve as a critical line of defense in identifying, assessing, and mitigating digital threats targeting our firm's senior leadership. You will apply your expertise in cybersecurity, open-source intelligence, and risk management to monitor threat landscapes, analyze executive digital footprints, and deliver actionable intelligence to senior stakeholders. Your work will directly shape the firm's strategic approach to executive protection and contribute to a safer, more resilient organization.

This position is anticipated to require the use of one or more High Security Access (HSA) systems. Users of these systems are subject to enhanced screening, which includes both criminal and credit background checks and/or other enhanced screening at the time of accepting the position and on an annual basis thereafter. The enhanced screening will need to be successfully completed prior to commencing employment or assignment.

Job responsibilities

• Monitor dark web and surface web environments using internal and external tools to detect personal information and data exposure related to executives
• Identify and remediate executive data presence on data broker sites, ensuring timely removal and ongoing compliance
• Analyze executive digital footprints and produce comprehensive, executive-ready reports including concise summaries, risk narratives, and recommended actions tailored to non-technical audiences
• Detect and assess potential threats — including phishing, identity theft, cyber harassment, and doxing attempts — targeting senior leadership and convey findings appropriately
• Monitor social media platforms for executive impersonation accounts and coordinate takedown actions in partnership with relevant teams and vendors
• Oversee executive protection vendors to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and service level agreements
• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve playbooks, standard operating procedures, and decision trees for common executive digital-risk scenarios
• Deliver customized alerts and briefings to keep senior leadership informed of emerging risks and threat activity, including verbal presentations under time pressure
• Build and maintain scripts to automate repetitive investigative tasks such as data collection, enrichment, and report generation
• Stay current on evolving digital threats, technologies, and industry best practices to continuously strengthen the Executive Cyber Protection program

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Formal training or certification on cyber intelligence concepts and 5+ years applied experience
• Demonstrated analytical ability to strategically identify key components of threats and vulnerabilities within complex cybersecurity environments
• Proficiency in Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) investigative and hunting tools, with a solid understanding of the intelligence cycle
• Experience harnessing large and complex datasets to identify trends and anomalies, with the ability to build clear visualizations and dashboards that translate technical signals into actionable insights
• Ability to write and maintain scripts to automate investigative workflows, including data collection, enrichment, and reporting tasks
• Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of driving improvements to operational workflows, procedures, playbooks, and reporting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to senior leaders and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to engage and influence technical conversations across varied technology and business groups

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Experience in an executive protection, threat intelligence, or digital risk management program within a large enterprise environment
• Familiarity with data broker removal processes and privacy-focused investigative techniques
• Knowledge of social media monitoring platforms and experience coordinating impersonation account takedowns
• Experience developing or contributing to intelligence-driven playbooks and standard operating procedures
• Relevant industry certifications such as Certified Threat Intelligence Analyst (CTIA), OSCP, or equivalent cybersecurity credentials
