Job summary

Insight Global seeks a Cyber Intel Analyst to sit at Fort Meade, analyzing indicators of compromise from multiple intelligence sources to assess threat severity and guide preventive actions. You will monitor threats from software updates and world events, and brief SES/GO/FO leadership on the cyber threat posture.

The role requires an active TS/SCI with IAT Level 2, 4+ years of related experience, and proficiency with Splunk, Wireshark, and ArcSight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field and 4 years of experience (master degree can be used in lieu of 2 years of experience)
• TS with SCI eligibility - SCI needs to be notated in the remarks section from our security team.
• IAT Level 2
• Ability to review various intelligence sources using OSINT tools for Indicators of compromise
• Experience using defensive cyber tools like Splunk, Wireshark, and ArcSight
• Experience with DISA and DoD Networks.
• Demonstrated experience briefing Senior Executive Service (SES) and General Officer/Flag Officer (GO/FO) leadership.
• Experience in intelligence driven defense and/or cyber Kill Chain methodology.

Responsibilities

• Sit at Fort Meade and work with various intelligence sources for indicators of compromise to different threat actors.
• Identify threat severity and determine preventive actions to avoid recurrence.
• Monitor threats from software updates and real-world events.
• Brief senior leaders on cyber threat posture and response priorities.
• Collaborate with defense teams to strengthen indicators-based defenses.
