Job summary

MISSION ONE, LLC is seeking a Mid-Level Cyber Intelligence Analyst in Chantilly, VA to conduct all-source intelligence analysis of foreign cyber capabilities, operations, and threats. You will assess adversary TTPs, infrastructure, and vulnerabilities to support cyber operations, threat assessments, and mission planning.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant professional experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Experience developing decision-quality materials (strategic papers, options analyses, executive briefings).
  • Knowledge in Intelligence Requirements Coordination, Intelligence Mission Integration, and Intelligence Analysis.
  • Active security clearance required; clearance level will be determined by contract requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze cyber programs and activities intended to compromise, disrupt, degrade, or neutralize U.S. and allied information systems and networks.
  • Develop cyber threat, threat capability, and vulnerability assessments affecting space, ground, and information environments.
  • Assess adversary capabilities, vulnerabilities, intent, and potential mission impacts using intelligence from across the IC.
  • Produce and disseminate decision-quality intelligence products and senior-level analytic assessments.
  • Conduct red-team, alternative-futures, and other structured analytic activities to identify risk and support mission planning.
  • Maintain intelligence tools, dashboards, production schedules, and analytic workflows, incorporating IC feedback to improve product relevance and operational value.
  • Develop and refine Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIRs) and manage RFIs.
  • Coordinate, track, deconflict, and advocate intelligence requirements across IC partners and stakeholders.
  • Identify collection and analytic gaps, facilitate intelligence access, and support requirements coordination.
  • Support crisis planning, CONOP development, intelligence annexes, wargaming, and intelligence dashboard management.
  • Develop and maintain space-based threat estimates using JIPOE.
  • Produce time-sensitive intelligence and data-driven threat analytics in support of mission and operational requirements.
  • Coordinate collection strategies and maintain situational awareness through intelligence tools and dashboards.
  • Connect organizations with IC partners and analytic resources.
  • Provide intelligence support to acquisition, exercises, crisis response, continuity operations, counterspace missions, anomaly resolution, and emergency response.

Position Overview

Mission One is seeking a Mid-Level Cyber Intelligence Analyst,who is familiar with the space domain,to conduct all-source intelligence analysis of foreign cyber capabilities, operations, and threats. The analyst will assess adversary cyber doctrine, strategy, tactics, techniques and procedures (TTPs), infrastructure, vulnerabilities, emerging technologies, and offensive and defensive capabilities. The role supports cyber operations, network defense, threat assessments, mission assurance, and operational decision-making while performing cross-functional duties across Intelligence Requirements Coordination (IRC), Intelligence Mission Integration, and Intelligence Analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cyber & Intelligence Analysis:
    • Analyze cyber programs and activities intended to compromise, disrupt, degrade, or neutralize U.S. and allied information systems and networks.

    • Coordinate collection strategies and maintain situational awareness through intelligence tools and dashboards.
    • Connect organizations with appropriate IC partners, subject-matter experts, and analytic resources.
    • Provide intelligence support to acquisition, exercises, crisis response, continuity operations, counterspace missions, anomaly resolution, and emergency response.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant professional experience supporting cyber-related missions, intelligence analysis, space operations, or activities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience developing decision-quality materials, including strategic papers, options analyses, executive briefings, and executive action-tracking products.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in Intelligence Requirements Coordination, Intelligence Mission Integration, and Intelligence Analysis.
  • Active security clearance required; clearance level will be determined by contract requirements.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead or contribute to teams researching multifaceted, complex, or mission-critical problems.
