Program Overview & Role Description

Peraton seeks a Cyber Intelligence Analyst to provide Cyber Intelligence & Reporting on Critical Infrastructure (CI) and Operational Technology (OT) to defend against CI/OT cyberspace threats. Location: Fort Eisenhower, GA.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Conduct assessments to identify threats and vulnerabilities within OT systems.
  2. Prioritize risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  3. Research and evaluate technical and all-source intelligence, focusing on network operations and cyber warfare tactics related to networked weapons platforms and US/DoD information networks, especially SCADA, PLC, HMI, DCS systems.
  4. Analyze network events to assess impacts and determine threat capabilities and intent.
  5. Prepare assessments and cyber threat profiles based on collection and analysis of classified and open-source information.
  6. Correlate threat data from multiple sources.
  7. Develop analytical procedures to meet evolving requirements.
  8. Collect data using standard intelligence methods and business processes.
  9. Produce reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior US government officials.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Minimum 8 years with BS/BA; 6 years with MS/MA; 3 years with PhD; or HS+12 years of experience.
  • Knowledge of OT and critical infrastructure for entry-level analysts.
  • Familiarity with communication protocols used in ICS, PLC, SCADA, DCS, RTU, HMI systems.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity techniques specific to control systems.
  • Understanding of OT/IT convergence trends and threat methodologies.
  • Active DOD TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain CI Polygraph and MEAD.
  • U.S. Citizenship and ability to travel or provide surge support.

Preferred:

  • Certifications such as ISA/IEC 62443, SANS GCIP, GIAC GRID, ICS612 training, or 5+ years OT/ICS cybersecurity experience.
  • Familiarity with Army Intelligence Data Platform (AIDP), Object-Based Production (OBP), and military intelligence databases.

Salary Range: $112,000 - $179,000.
