Job summary

Crimson Phoenix seeks an Intelligence Discipline Lead Subject Matter Expert (IDL SME) to support USSOCOM. The IDL SME provides targeted intelligence operations, data integration, and prioritization of USSOCOM missions.

Candidates must have Top Secret clearance and be deployable to hazardous environments, with extensive experience in analytical disciplines and lead analytic teams in global operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years of analytical intelligence operations experience.
• Five+ years in operational analysis with SOF or allied environments.
• Experience leading analytical teams in deployable settings.
• Knowledge of F3EAD targeting methodology and related disciplines.
• Ability to communicate with USSOCOM customers and produce actionable products.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized non-personal labor and services to support USSOCOM missions.
• Identify prudent COAs, prioritize objectives, and train team members.
• Lead analytical efforts resulting in actionable intelligence products.
