We’re seeking a Cyber Intelligence Business Support Specialist to join a growing cyber intelligence and risk operations team within a leading regulatory organization. This role combines cyber threat intelligence, business process analysis, and data‑driven operations — supporting initiatives that help protect critical financial and technology ecosystems across the U.S.
You'll work at the intersection of threat intelligence, vendor risk management, and cyber operations, managing intelligence systems, performing data validation, and ensuring timely delivery of actionable insights to internal stakeholders and industry partners.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily operations, data management, and configuration for enterprise cyber intelligence platforms.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret cyber threat intelligence from multiple sources, including commercial intel feeds and open‑source data.
- Monitor vendor and third‑party risk indicators to identify potential exposure and vulnerabilities.
- Prepare and distribute concise, actionable intelligence summaries and alerts to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain analytical dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, and other BI tools.
- Support automation and workflow improvements for threat monitoring and intelligence sharing.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, data, and risk management teams to enhance threat detection capabilities.
- Continuously evaluate emerging tools and processes to improve cyber risk intelligence operations.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in cyber threat intelligence, cyber risk analysis, or business analytics within technology, financial services, or regulatory domains.
- Hands‑on experience with threat intelligence platforms (e.g., Recorded Future, Black Kite, Anomali, ThreatConnect, or similar).
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills — able to convert complex technical data into clear, actionable insights.
- Proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, VBA/macros) and other BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks, indicators of compromise (IOCs), and intelligence lifecycle fundamentals.
- Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a collaborative, remote work environment.
- Bonus: Experience in vendor risk, regulatory intelligence, or third‑party cyber risk monitoring.
