Job summary

FuntoNetwork is seeking a Cyber and Information Warfare Subject Matter Expert to support an Agile Professional Services opportunity. This role closes a verified SOW/RTM delivery-coverage gap and owns the workstream described.

You will coordinate with project management and other teams to ensure traceability, deliverables, and evidence meet official requirements. A background in public sector or regulated environments is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience performing Cyber and Information Warfare SME responsibilities in public-sector, regulated, enterprise, or comparable environments.
• Ability to produce complete, reviewable work products tied to requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Strong documentation, stakeholder coordination, risk awareness, confidentiality, and deadline discipline.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Cyber and Information Warfare SME workstream with traceability to the Army performance requirements, security and clearance gates, deliverables, schedule, and acceptance evidence.
• Trace assigned work to the RFP scope, requirement or RTM row, deliverable, dependency, acceptance criterion, schedule milestone, and supporting evidence.
• Review official solicitation materials and addenda affecting this workstream; document assumptions, open items, exclusions, risks, and required client decisions.
• Prepare role-specific technical inputs, work products, estimates, implementation details, quality records, and proposal or post-award delivery evidence.
• Coordinate interfaces and handoffs with project management, business analysis, technical, field, quality, compliance, training, and operations workstreams.
• Maintain status, issue, decision, change, and evidence records and elevate blockers before they affect submission or delivery readiness.
