Job summary

Tiro Security in Hollywood, Florida is seeking a hands-on Cyber Governance Engineer to strengthen our client's enterprise cybersecurity program. You will improve governance processes, design and automate controls, and help mature the GRC posture across the organization.

You will configure and optimize GRC platforms such as Onspring, Archer, AuditBoard or ServiceNow GRC, develop meaningful security metrics and dashboards, and collaborate with cybersecurity, IAM and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Strong cybersecurity governance experience with policies, standards and controls.
• Hands-on experience configuring GRC platforms (Onspring, Archer, AuditBoard, ServiceNow GRC).
• Proven ability to automate governance workflows and deliver security metrics.
• Experience with maturity assessments and cross-team collaboration (cybersecurity, IAM, engineering).
• Excellent communication and ownership mindset.
