Job summary

State Street in Quincy is seeking a Cybersecurity Fusion Operations Analyst to join our information security team. You will help evolve threat identification with a pro‑active, intelligence‑driven fusion model to protect State Street, its clients and partners.

The role is office‑based with some flex work. You will design and coordinate exercise programs, analyze security metrics, build dashboards, and support cross‑functional teams using tools like Splunk, CrowdStrike, Qualys, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a cyber security related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years in security operations, threat intelligence or related roles.
• Experience with enterprise security tools and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support design and coordination of cyber exercises and threat‑driven scenarios.
• Facilitate exercises, produce after‑action reports and track lessons learned.
• Analyze security metrics and build clear dashboards for technical and leadership audiences.
• Automate metric collection to improve accuracy and timeliness.
• Document SOPs, runbooks and the team service catalog.
• Collaborate across threat intel, incident response and cybersecurity teams.
