Qualifications

• 6+ years of Tier 3 System/Network admin experience focusing on VDI environments.
• Hands-on experience with Windows 11 and Server 2016/2019 and AD/GPOs.
• Experience applying DISA STIGs and enterprise security tools (e.g., McAfee).

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 3 tech support and admin for VDI across classified networks.
• Configure and troubleshoot Windows systems in enterprise environments.
• Manage Active Directory environments and GPOs.
• Apply DISA STIGs to meet DoD security requirements.
• Support VMware, SCCM, and storage SANs; ensure uptime.
• Provide end-user support and document system performance.
• Assist senior leadership in a Joint Operations Center.
• Participate in on-call support and after-hours incident response.
