Job Description

The Cyber Fraud Expert plays a key role in identifying, investigating, and reducing cyber-enabled fraud affecting customers, accounts, identities, and digital interactions. This role combines cybersecurity, fraud investigation, risk analysis, and data-driven detection to identify suspicious activity, connect related events across digital channels, and develop actionable findings that support fraud prevention and risk reduction.

  • Analyze and correlate digital signals to identify suspicious patterns, related activity, and emerging fraud threats.
  • Assess risk across digital channels, identifying vulnerabilities, control gaps, and opportunities to reduce fraud exposure.
  • Use AI, analytics, and automation to enhance fraud detection, accelerate investigations, and identify emerging patterns.
  • Translate investigative findings into actionable detections, indicators, and risk-reduction recommendations.
  • Partner across Cybersecurity, Claims, Product, Technology, and Risk to support coordinated investigation, response, and risk remediation.
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, fraud, digital investigations, threat analysis, risk analytics, or a related discipline.
  • Experience working across multidisciplinary teams to translate investigative findings into risk mitigation, detection, or control improvements.
