Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Males born after 12-31-59 must be registered or exempt from Selective Service.
• Requires favorable suitability review and security clearance as a condition of employment.
• In accordance with the DoD 8140 policy series, the position is subject to completing Foundational Qualifications in 9 months and completing Residential Qualification requirements overall in 12 months.
• This position is designated Mission Essential.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes and evaluates requests for the disclosure of Classified Military Information (CMI) and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) to foreign governments and international organizations.
• Applies National Disclosure Policy (NDP-1) and DoD foreign disclosure directives to determine the releasability of sensitive operational, intelligence, and technical information.
• Coordinates with intelligence, operational, and technical SMEs to assess the national security impact of foreign disclosure and technology transfer cases.
• Provides foreign disclosure guidance, policy interpretation, and training to command staff, subordinate units, and program managers.
• Maintains accurate, up-to-date records of disclosure decisions, foreign liaison officer visits, and technology transfer documentation in approved tracking systems.]
