This individual will manage customer programs, author test plans, and lead data analysis efforts. Candidates should have a B.S. in a relevant field and 3 years of experience with Electronic Warfare systems. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset are essential. The role requires an active Top Secret clearance and may involve some travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer programs and mission planning.
• Author comprehensive test support plans.
• Conduct pre-test analysis for planning events.
• Lead test execution with mission briefings.
• Analyze data for quality review and resolution.
• Support logistics planning in testing phases.
• Manage test team access to locations.
