Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience planning and managing cybersecurity training events for the DoD.
• Strong project management skills for multiple concurrent exercises.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute cyber training events and exercises.
• Manage multiple projects with varying scopes, requirements and timelines.
• Develop exercise timelines, milestones, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure training objectives are achieved.
• Support design and execution of cyber training scenarios.
• Track planning activities and ensure deliverables on schedule.
• Collaborate with internal and external participants for exercise execution.
• Assist in resource coordination and scheduling for training events.
• Monitor progress and provide status updates to leadership.
