Job summary

MIL Corporation seeks a Cyber EW/T&E Engineer (Info. Systems & Cyber Security, Analyst) to support T&E of EW platforms and related tech for a NAWCAD customer at Patuxent River, MD. Onsite schedule with potential compressed work schedule; travel up to 5% as needed.

Qualified candidates will possess TS/SCI with CI Poly, strong RF/EW knowledge, and experience in test planning, execution, and data analysis. Excellent collaboration with clients and teams is essential.

Qualifications

3-10 years of related experience.
Current Security+ certification is required.
Strong understanding of RF and electromagnetic fundamentals and EW concepts.

Responsibilities

Develop test plans with clients and lead test events and brief final results.
Support test execution using Windows/Linux admin, network config, and data analysis.
Participate in cyber range exercises; identify gaps and policy constraints.
Develop methodologies, data collection plans, and Test & Evaluation Master Plans with clients.
Attend T&E/EW conferences and report findings and concerns.
Assist in planning, integration, V&V, cost/risk, and effectiveness analyses.
Analyze requirements to automate or improve systems and review capabilities.
