Job summary

The MIL Corporation seeks a Cyber EW/T&E Engineer (Info. Systems & Cyber Security, Analyst) to support the Test and Evaluation of EW platforms and related technologies for a NAWCAD customer in Patuxent River, MD.

Qualifications

3 - 10 years of related experience
Current Security+ certification
RF and Electromagnetic Fundamentals: deep understanding of RF systems, antennas, signal propagation, EM spectrum operations, radar principles, jamming techniques, EA/EP/ES, threat systems, air defense, survivability
Test and Evaluation (T&E) Expertise: developing test plans, flight test cards, executing tests, data collection/analysis, MOE/MOP, risk, safety in flight tests
Tools and Software: MATLAB and Excel

Responsibilities

Work with clients to develop test plans, lead test events, and deliver final briefings and reports (Developmental/Operational tests, security assessments)
Apply computer knowledge to support test execution; Windows/Linux administration, network configuration, traffic analysis, light scripting
Participate in exercises on the national cyber range and identify gaps that affect robust cyber testing
Develop test methodologies, scenarios, and data collection plans; assist in Test & Evaluation Master Plans
Attend T&E/EW conferences and participate in technical working groups; report findings
Assist in planning, system integration, verification/validation, cost/risk, and effectiveness analyses
Analyze user requirements to automate or improve existing systems and review capabilities
