Job summary

Cryptic Vector in Massachusetts is seeking a Cyber Engineer intern pursuing a CS/CE/Cyber Engineering degree. You will gain hands-on experience in reverse engineering, vulnerability analysis, software development, and DevSecOps as part of a mission-focused team.

You will work on cutting-edge technologies on-site, collaborating with experienced engineers to build secure, automation-driven solutions that support national security initiatives.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Cyber Engineering with graduation dates 2028–2030.
• Strong programming skills in at least one language.
• Familiarity with reverse engineering tools/methodologies or software development.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• 40 hours/week on-site.

Responsibilities

• Work on software development, reverse engineering, and vulnerability analysis.
• Contribute to mission-critical software with a focus on security and automation.
• Participate in DevSecOps practices and security integration.
• Collaborate with engineers on real-world projects impacting national security.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging.
• Research new tools and techniques to enhance cybersecurity.
