Responsibilities

• Directs the underwriting group and drives profitability and business development for Cyber/E&O in the Midwest.
• Leads, coaches and develops underwriters; oversees training and authority delegation.
• Reviews underwriting policy, pricing, and referrals within authority.
• Develops and implements regional strategies and operating plans to meet objectives.
• Markets products through agencies and brokers; maintains key agency relationships.
• Reports progress to senior management and stays current on industry trends and regulations.
