Job summary

Procter & Gamble is seeking a Digital Systems & Cyber Security Leader for the Mehoopany, PA plant. You will own day-to-day cybersecurity, mitigate risks, and drive governance across manufacturing operations.

This role requires hands-on leadership and cross-functional collaboration with site owners and OT vendors. From day one, you’ll develop and execute security strategies, guide incident response, and promote security awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity and risk management.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and standards.
• Knowledge of IT governance and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent leadership and project management skills.
• Onsite work at Mehoopany, PA facility five days a week.
