Booz Allen is seeking a Tines Engineer to strengthen enterprise network cyber defense, lead teams, and deliver mission-ready security solutions. You will apply experience across defensive cyber operations, SIEM/SOAR, and platform engineering to protect critical systems while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of defensive cyber operations, cybersecurity engineering, or security platform architecture.
• 3+ years of experience with SIEM platforms such as Splunk Enterprise Security, Elastic, QRadar, Sentinel, or Chronicle.
• 2+ years of experience with SOAR platforms such as Swimlane, XSOAR, or Phantom.
• Experience architecting detection engineering pipelines, threat hunting workflows, or automated response capabilities.
• Experience with EDR, NDR, or full-packet capture solutions such as CrowdStrike, Corelight, or Trellix.
• Experience deploying platforms across cloud, on-premises, and disconnected environments using Kubernetes or OpenShift.
• Knowledge of zero trust principles, DoD and IC cybersecurity frameworks, and federal compliance standards.
• HS diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Lead a task, project, or team to ensure project completion.
• Provide guidance and direction to lower-level technicians, specialists, and managers.
• Apply expertise in enterprise network cyber defense design and implementation.
• Configure and implement cyber defense capabilities including logs, IDS/IPS, and SIEM.
• Analyze logs, perform threat hunting, and coordinate incident response.
