Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Defensive Cyber Operations Analyst to monitor real-time threats and analyze cyber events at Peterson AFB, CO. You will help safeguard mission-critical networks and work with DCO, CNDe, and NetOps teams to maintain secure, available IT systems.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance, a HS diploma or higher, and hands-on experience in DCO/SOC environments. Daily reports and leadership briefings are part of the duties.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting DCO in a 24x7 operations center.
• Experience advising on network security issues and enforcing vulnerability policies.
• Ability to develop reports and present daily network security summaries to senior leaders.
• Experience handling customer queries and reviewing data for component units.

Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time threats and analyze cyber events to protect mission networks.
• Escalate incidents with clear summaries of impact and urgency.
• Coordinate with enterprise cyber defense partners and respond to CPCON changes.
• Produce daily reporting to enhance commander awareness and situational understanding.
