NewGen Technologies seeks Cyber Network Defense Analysts (CNDA) to support critical mission work. The role involves monitoring network activity, analyzing threats, and coordinating with defense staff to validate alerts.

The CNDA will produce daily reports, analyze events, and help construct signatures. Requires U.S. citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance, with DHS suitability potential, along with a strong background in cyber defense and incident response.

Qualifications

• BS in CS, Cyber Security, Computer Engineering or related field, or HS diploma with 4+ years of network investigations experience.
• 2+ years of direct relevant cyber defense analysis experience with leading edge technologies.
• Experience developing and deploying signatures and detecting host/network intrusions.

Responsabilités

• Characterize and analyze network traffic to identify anomalous activity and potential threats to resources.
• Coordinate with enterprise cyber defense staff to validate network alerts.
• Document incidents with history, status, and impact for action.
