Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the definition and implementation of an integrated Incident Response and Crisis Management Framework.
• Develop and standardize incident categorization and escalation procedures.
• Facilitate the creation of detailed playbooks for crisis scenarios.
• Lead the design and delivery of tabletop exercises and simulations.
• Establish metrics to measure incident containment effectiveness.
