Job summary

Joint Activities (DOA) is seeking a Cyber Excepted Service professional to support the U.S. Cyber Command at Fort Meade, MD. This permanent, full-time role operates at GG 13 with Top Secret clearance requirements and possible occasional TDY travel.

Qualifications

• One year of specialized experience required demonstrating knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies for the position.
• Experience evaluating cyber assessment tools and maintaining reliability, validity, and consistency with the DoD Cyber Workforce Framework.
• Ability to prepare scoring and administration guidance for joint cyber assessments.

Responsibilities

• Researches, evaluates, and adapts existing joint assessment instruments for integration into the CAB.
• Applies test development and psychometric principles with manpower, personnel research, and testing/measurement professionals.
• Develops and maintains a standardized joint assessment protocol and administration methodology across services and pathways.
• Develops documentation, SOPs, and administration guides for consistent CAB administration across sites.
• Prepares findings and recommendations for continuous improvement of CAB instruments, scoring models, and procedures.
