Qualifications

• 5 years of overall experience in the functional area.
• 5 years of experience developing training procedure manuals.
• 5 years of experience interacting with cyber operators.
• 5 years working in a DoD environment specializing in cyber.
• 3 years of experience managing cyber force mission planning.
• Practical experience in managing Cyber Mission Lifecycle.
