Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in functional area, or 3 years with a bachelor's degree substitute.
• 5 years developing training procedure manuals, guides, or course materials.
• 5 years interacting with cyber operators to refine requirements.
• 5 years experience in a DoD environment specializing in the cyber domain.
• 3 years managing cyber force mission planning.
