Largeton Group is seeking a Cyber Security Analyst to provide solutions support for security systems in healthcare construction projects nationwide. You will assist with technical configurations, collaborate with contractors and vendors, and ensure the successful delivery of security systems in various environments.

  • Support Security Systems for Construction Projects: Provide Tier 1 solutions delivery support for security systems in new hospital construction projects nationwide.
  • System Setup & Configuration: Assist with configuration and setup of IP cameras, server onboarding, access control systems, and emergency call boxes.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with general contractors, security personnel, and vendors (e.g., Johnson Controls, Siemens, Honeywell, Convergent) to ensure successful system integration and delivery.
  • Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to physical security systems (video surveillance, access control, alarm systems), including pre and post-installation support.
  • Project Management Approach: Participate in a PM model, collaborating across teams to deliver projects on time and according to set standards.
  • Technical Expertise: Apply knowledge of firewalls, ISO models, low voltage wiring, and building automation systems (e.g., Milestone, Lenel, Siemens BSS, JCI, EcoStruxure).
  • Documentation & Communication: Clearly communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders; maintain documentation and provide training as needed.
  • Remote Work & Flexibility: Operate 100% remotely with flexibility to accommodate varying project schedules (core hours 9-5 CST).
  • Healthcare Environment Awareness: Leverage experience in healthcare environments to optimize security system placement and operation (e.g., pharmacies, financial services).
  • Preferred Skills & Experience:
  • 5+ years hands-on experience with enterprise security applications and physical security systems.
  • Experience working boots on the ground with security hardware and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with security operations, IHASS/physical security certifications a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; experience translating complex technical details for diverse audiences.
  • Experience working with or for security integrators and familiarity with stringent security standards.
  • Previous experience in a project management role or function is highly desirable.
  • Experience working remotely and managing multiple concurrent projects.
