Job summary

EY seeks a Cyber AI Engineer Manager to lead frontier AI initiatives in cybersecurity. You will deploy AI workflows for threat investigation, detection engineering, and remediation, working closely with client security teams.

As a hands-on leader, you’ll own delivery, mentor engineers, and partner with frontier model providers to scale secure AI capabilities. You will stay involved through architecture, code reviews, and troubleshooting while supporting proposals, demonstrations, and account

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field and 5+ years of relevant experience; or a graduate degree and 4+ years.
• Proficiency in Python, APIs, Git, automated testing, and production delivery, plus experience in deploying AI/ML solutions for cybersecurity.
• Deploying frontier AI models or LLM applications for cybersecurity, building agents, model tool integrations, and retrieval pipelines.
• Security operations, threat investigation, detection engineering, or incident response automation; DevSecOps, CI/CD, containers, and infrastructure-as-code for AI services.
• Cloud engineering and secure AI deployment on AWS, Azure, or GCP; API integration with SIEM, SOAR, EDR, vulnerability management, or code security platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deploy AI workflows for threat investigation, detection engineering, and remediation support with client security teams.
• Own technical delivery, timelines, budgets, and coaching of Senior Consultants and Consultants as a Manager.
• Lead architecture reviews, live prototyping, and executive demos; translate deployment findings into engineering requirements.
