Job summary

Lorven Technologies Inc. in the United States is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a large-scale Call Center Transformation initiative implementing NICE CXone and integrating it with Salesforce Service Cloud, Snowflake, and on-prem services.

You will own end-to-end governance, milestones, risks and issues, while coordinating vendor, client, and cross-functional teams across business, technology and data domains to ensure delivery within enterprise governance frameworks.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end enterprise-scale IT projects.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across business, technology and data.
• Experience with SaaS implementations and complex integrations.
