Job summary

Cisco's CX Marketing team is seeking a skilled video content producer to translate complex portfolio updates into engaging visuals. You will lead end-to-end production, provide remote A/V coaching for the CX On Message series, and create platform-optimized edits for YouTube, LinkedIn, and Cisco.com.

You'll maintain brand standards, collaborate with events and social teams, and showcase a strong portfolio of narrative storytelling and motion graphics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Video Production, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of end-to-end video production, including scriptwriting, recording, and post-production.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Portfolio showing narrative storytelling, motion graphics, and editorial pacing.

Responsibilities

• Produce end-to-end video content translating complex portfolio updates into visual narratives.
• Provide remote A/V coaching for the CX On Message series to capture authentic performances.
• Drive social media engagement with high-energy b-roll and platform-optimized edits for YouTube, LinkedIn, and Cisco.com.
• Partner with Events to deliver visual experiences for global flagship events.
• Maintain visual brand standards across all assets in alignment with CX strategy.
