Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Film, Video Production, Marketing, or related field.
3+ years of end-to-end video production experience.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop).
Demonstrated project management experience handling high-volume assets and tight review cycles.
A professional portfolio showcasing advanced narrative storytelling, motion graphics, and editorial pacing.

Responsibilities

Produce end-to-end video content to translate complex technical portfolio updates into compelling visual narratives.
Elevate executive presence by providing expert remote A/V coaching for the CX On Message series.
Drive social media engagement through high-energy b-roll, kinetic typography, and platform-optimized edits for YouTube, LinkedIn, and Cisco.com.
Power global flagship events by partnering with the Events team to deliver cutting-edge visual experiences.
Maintain visual brand standards across all assets to ensure consistent quality and alignment with the CX strategy.
