TwinThread is looking for a Digital Operations Collaboration Associate to join their Customer Experience transformation team. In this role, you will drive omni-channel initiatives by integrating digital solutions with Consumer & Community Banking Operations to enhance customer experiences and improve efficiency.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, track success metrics, and communicate updates to key stakeholders. A suitable candidate should have 2+ years in digital operations or a related field and possess strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in digital operations, strategy, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience developing marketing materials and executive presentations.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a matrixed organization and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
