Job summary

The Cigna Group – Cigna Healthcare is seeking a CX Portfolio & Governance Lead to own the planning, coordination, and governance of the USE CX portfolio. You’ll maintain the CX roadmap, track initiatives across product lines, and drive alignment across cross-functional teams in a hybrid US-based role.

With 4+ years in product management or CX leadership, you’ll apply design thinking, agile methods, and strong financial acumen to shape investments, dependencies, and risk management for CX

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product management, CX, or innovation leadership in health insurance.
• Deep understanding of health insurance products and customer journeys.
• Experience with design thinking and agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in health care.

Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and maintain the CX roadmap & investment placemat.
• Track CX initiatives across product lines via Pathfinder and product owner touch points.
• Assist in facilitating governance forums to communicate updates.
• Manage dependencies, risks, funding requests, and escalation paths.
• Align Product, Digital, Operations, Affordability, LTO, Marketing, etc.
• Ensure consistent tracking across USE & LTO teams
