The Cigna Group’s US Employer CX & Innovation team seeks a Portfolio & Governance Lead to coordinate the CX roadmap, investment planning, and cross-functional execution across product, digital, operations, and marketing. You will drive governance, manage dependencies and risks, and ensure alignment across multiple teams in a dynamic healthcare environment.

With 4+ years in health insurance/product management, you will leverage agile methods, design thinking, and innovation frameworks to improve

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience required.
• 4+ years of experience in product management, customer experience, or innovation leadership within health insurance, healthcare technology, or related industries.
• Deep understanding of health insurance products, customer journeys, and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilités

• Manage, monitor, and maintain the CX roadmap & investment placemat.
• Track CX initiatives across product lines via Pathfinder and product owner touch points.
• Assist in facilitating governance forums to communicate updates.
• Manage dependencies, risks, funding requests, and escalation paths.
• Align Product, Digital, Operations, Affordability, LTO, Marketing, etc.
• Ensure consistent tracking across USE & LTO teams.
