Job Description:

  1. Translates area portfolio objectives and brand positioning into consumer experience strategies prioritized and allocated across E2E consumer journey touchpoints in the country.
  2. Engages with country team on execution of Area-led programs specifically the T18 and ensures it drives program objectives.
  3. Support CD/SM and Channel Sales on key local strategic programs (outside T18).
  4. Work with Area CX and provide input and sign off on Priority Program Brief.
  5. Together with Area CX, review content plan and creatives for local input. Likewise, lead local KOL selection and work for KOL content development.
  6. Input and approve translations of creative materials.
  7. Monitor and collaborate on ongoing and “live” campaigns.
  8. Input and follow through on programs based on EOC alignments.
  9. Makes recommendations both for area CX and country teams on how to best deploy demand generation budgets and manage spend for key programs.
  10. Support CD, SM and Sales team understand program strategy and ensure program calendar is aligned to KA plan.
  11. Direct management of digital assets in country both for owned and paid platforms except for globally managed sites.
  12. Shares guidelines (standards, tools/best practices and procedures) with country Category Development, Shopper Marketers and Sales teams.
  13. Enforces governance for content, brand usage, and visual/verbal/written/image identity.
