Job description

Pinnacle Partners is assisting our client in the search for a CX Cloud Systems Engineer to join their team as a remote resource. This successful resource will be responsible for serving as the Subject Matter Expert and customizing the technology to fit various programs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee and maintain cloud-based telecom infrastructure to ensure efficient and reliable operations
• Meet technology needs of business users
• Manage and maintain Salesforce packages, specifically Genesys Cloud for Salesforce CTI and Genesys Cloud for Salesforce CX Cloud
• Perform user setup for onboarding and offboarding
• Coordinate and oversee the integration of internal and external tools with Genesys Cloud
• Develop and implement processes and workflow configurations to meet business needs
• Monitor and enhance system performance, conduct root cause analyses for outages, and implement improvements to maximize system uptime and reliability

REQUIREMENTS:

• Senior level experience leading and scaling dispersed customer facing organization
• 5+ years of experience with call center products
• Experience supporting managed SIP trunks, WebRTC, toll-free numbers, edge servers and RESPorg
• Hands on experience with the latest version of Genesys CX Cloud
• Experience optimizing Genesys integration with Salesforce

PREFERRED SKILLS:
