Job summary

Cristo Rey Jesuit High School in Baltimore seeks a Relationship Manager to support the Corporate Work Study Program. You will cultivate CWSP partner relationships, coordinate student placements, and handle daily operations such as transportation and timecards with a focus on student success.

Reporting to the VP of CWSP, you will develop opportunities, monitor compliance, collect data, and deliver reports. A BA/BS and 1–5 years’ experience required; salary range $55,000–$60,000 with benefits.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree from accredited college or university.
• 1–5 years of professional work experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio of CWSP partner relationships and student work teams.
• Coordinate student placements and daily CWSP operations, including transportation and attendance.
• Monitor timecards, evaluations and compliance, and develop new partnership opportunities.
• Prepare reports for the VP, CWSP and other stakeholders.
