Title: Lead Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Dispatch & Field Operations
Location: Tucker, GA 30084
Start Date: 06/23/2025
Job Type: 04+ Months (High Possibility of extension or perm)
Pay Rate: $21/hr on w2
First Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Second Shift: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
Days: Monday to Saturday (Must be available Friday & Saturday ; Sunday off guaranteed )
Flexibility to rotate shifts as needed

Responsibilities:
Oversee 30–40 daily delivery routes and maintain real-time contact with drivers
Dispatch and reroute based on live delivery updates and issues
Assist drivers with customer communication during in-home deliveries
De-escalate customer complaints and maintain service quality
Manage end-of-day check-in for drivers, including trash handling and compliance
Lead CSR staff during shift; track issues and escalate to leadership

Requirements:
Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
3+ years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or field operations
Strong phone communication skills; calm and confident under pressure
Comfortable working in a warehouse-based and field support environment
Professional and dependable, with excellent problem-solving skills

Preferred Experience:
Hands-on background in installation, assembly, or trade work
Previous leadership roles in dispatch, warehouse, or delivery settings
Experience using systems like Descartes Route Planner or CLX
