Critical Information

• Hours: Sunday - Saturday, 10am - 7pm
• Onsite as needed

Compliance

• Must hold valid pharmacy license, immunization certification, and a valid driver's license.
• Not on DEA Excluded Parties List.
• No pending felony charges involving controlled substances.

Education & Licenses Needed

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. degree
• Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA)
• Valid Driver's License
• High School Diploma or GED
