Job summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking an On-Site Registered Nurse to support a seasonal immunization initiative in Soledad, CA. You will administer vaccines and provide compassionate patient care in a retail/community healthcare setting.

The role requires an active RN license, a High School Diploma or GED, and flexibility with hours. Hours vary and shifts may include afternoons and weekends. This is a temporary assignment for approximately 13 weeks.

Registered Nurse – Seasonal Immunization (On-Site) | Soledad, CA Pay: $55.75/hour (can adjust if you want a different rate for 174384) Type: Temporary (approx. 13 weeks) | Openings: 3 | Hours: Up to 40/week Overview We’re hiring an On-Site, patient-facing Registered Nurse (RN) to support a seasonal immunization initiative in a retail/community healthcare setting. You’ll administer a variety of vaccines and deliver high-quality, compassionate care to patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer vaccines (including Flu, COVID, MMR, and others as required)
• Provide excellent patient care with empathy and professionalism
• Work collaboratively with a healthcare team in a fast-paced environment
• Support clinic flow and help drive positive patient outcomes
• Schedule / Shift Availability (must be flexible)
• Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday Shift options (varies): 2:30 PM – 6:30 PM 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Required Qualifications

• Active, full, unrestricted RN license in the state/territory you’ll be working in
• High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)
• Ability/willingness to administer all required vaccines
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
• Comfortable in an on-site, patient-facing role
• Flexibility with the work hours listed above

Preferred Qualifications

• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Prior immunization/vaccine administration experience
• Experience in a dynamic community healthcare setting
• Strong interpersonal skills
