Qualifications

Job Description

Administer vaccines such as flu, COVID, MMR, and others in a community healthcare setting. Display empathy and compassion toward patients, colleagues, and caregivers. Adjust plans and adapt to a dynamic healthcare environment. Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals and team members. Possess strong clinical skills including medication administration and vaccination willingness. Ensure adherence to safety standards and PPE protocols. Lead and motivate support staff by fostering teamwork and a caring culture.

Critical Information

Shift hours: Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri, Sat 9:00 AM–1:30 PM and 2:30 PM–6:30 PM. Onsite role; required as needed for patients and vaccinations. Remote work is not applicable; PPE and safety measures are provided. Compliance with healthcare standards and participation in training are essential.

Education / Licenses Needed

• Full, active, and unrestricted RN license in the applicable state or territory.
• High School Diploma or GED verified.
• Basic Life Saving (BLS) certification is required.
