Job summary

Gemini Industries Inc. seeks a Regional Planner and Intelligence Integration Support (Journeyman) to lead planning efforts at MacDill AFB. You will apply JOPP processes, coordinate with USCENTCOM and CWMD teams, and integrate intelligence data to inform contingency and campaign planning.

The role demands senior-level collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams, preparation of briefings for the Joint Operations Center, and active engagement with DoD stakeholders. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in planning/contingency planning and CWMD-related work.
• Expertise with deliberate and contingency planning processes, including JOPP and planning for USCENTCOM.
• Knowledge of DoD organizations/agencies and experience with joint/capability planning HQs.
• Willingness to travel as required to support the project.
• E-Verify participation compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Regional Planner and Intelligence Integration SME, supporting CWMD and USCENTCOM planning.
• Develop and maintain plans and briefings for senior leaders and Joint Operations Center.
• Provide intelligence integration and access to relevant databases for planning teams.
• Prepare and staff complex operations or technical documentation and deliver presentations.
