K2 Group, Inc. is seeking a CWMD Intel SME to provide analytical support across DOTMLPF-P and improve CWMD and biodefense capabilities. The role requires evaluating guidance, identifying gaps, defining requirements, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure equities are represented in forums.

The position demands a TS/SCI clearance or the ability to obtain one, U.S. citizenship, and deep knowledge of nuclear and CWMD topics. Based in Vienna, VA with on-site work.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship with active Top Secret/TS/SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years relevant experience (or Associate's with 11 years; HS diploma with 14 years).
• Knowledge of Nuclear and CWMD topics, including strategic deterrence.
• Experience linking WMD threats to strategy, policy, and NC3 within Nuclear and CWMD enterprise.
• Experience collaborating with the IC, Interagency, and AF/A2.
• Experience with NDO Master Plans and NC3.
• Experience integrating IC products into deterrence operations and extended deterrence in AF/IC collection and priorities.
• Experience incorporating WMD and nuclear issues into AF/IC collection and analysis.
• Experience identifying operational effects of WMD against AF ops.
• Experience defining operational requirements for collection and dissemination of Nuclear and WMD intelligence.

K2 Group is seeking a CWMD Intel SME to provide comprehensive Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership & Education, Personnel, Facilities, and Policy (DOTMLPF-P) analytical support to improve CWMD and Biodefense capabilities. This requires analyzing strategic guidance, identifying operational gaps, defining requirements, and engaging with stakeholders to ensure equities are represented in all relevant forums.

Responsibilities

• Providing responsive support to investigations directed at discovering, disseminating, and applying new or expanded knowledge from disciplines that contribute to understanding 21st century deterrence (broader than traditional nuclear deterrence) and the associated threats.
• Integrating intelligence and intelligence community (IC) products into A10 portfolio scope requirements.
• Conduct research and analysis and provide program management support for the DoD CBRN Survivability Program in accordance with DoDI 3150.09.
• Prepare analytical materials and briefings to support engagement with DoW, non-DoW institutions, other Services, and foreign partners.
• Identify, evaluate, and disseminate information on the MAJCOM's CWMD and Biodefense capabilities, shortfalls, and potential solutions across each line of effort.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree & 8 years of relevant experience. Will also consider an Associates& 11 years of experienceoran High School diploma 14 years of experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.

• Must a US Citizen w/ an active Top Secret Clearance, with the ability to obtain TS/SCI.
• Demonstrated knowledge of and research experience in Nuclear and CWMD-related topics; including strategic deterrence related topics.
• Experience incorporating WMD threats into strategy, plans, policy, operations, and doctrine of concern to the Nuclear and CWMD Enterprise, including nuclear deterrence, capabilities, and NC3.
• Experience working in and liaising with the Intelligence Community, Interagency, and AF/A2 in integrating intelligence and IC products into analysis and briefings.
• Demonstrated working experience with NDO capability Master Plans, including NC3.
• Demonstrated experience with integrating intelligence and IC products into nuclear deterrence operations; and for extended deterrence considerations in AF and IC collection and analysis, requirements, methods, and priorities.
• Experience in incorporating WMD issues and concerns, nuclear enterprise issues and concerns, and foreign clearance issues and concerns into AF and IC collection and analysis, requirements, and priorities.
• Experience in identifying and highlighting the operational effects and impacts for WMD use against AF operations based on unclassified and classified information.
• Experience in setting operational requirements for collection, gathering, processing and dissemination of national and departmental Nuclear and WMD intelligence to key Intelligence offices at MAJCOMs and Organizations across the larger Nuclear and CWMD Enterprises.

Compensation

The projected compensation range for this position is $101,100-$201,100. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary rate, including but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certification as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, K2 Group invests in its employees beyond just compensation.
