Job summary

Image Associates Inc. is seeking Certified Welding Inspectors (CWI) for on-site work in a manufacturing setting that fabricates steel products. The role includes day and night shifts with a four-day work week and 10-hour days.

Relocation assistance is available for candidates willing to work in the Western Tennessee or Florence, SC area. Responsibilities include inspecting and testing welded structures, reading drawings, maintaining records, and ensuring quality across cutting, stamping, and

Qualifications

• AWS CWI Certification and at least three years' experience.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Proficiency in documenting and reporting inspection results.
• Experience with nondestructive testing methods (MPI, PT, UT) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Onsite testing and inspection of fabricated steel assemblies.
• Read and interpret fabrication drawings.
• Conduct floor inspections and document manufacturing processes including cutting, punching, shearing, stamping, notching, welding and painting.
• Welding process used is GMAW Spray Transfer.
• PPE and testing equipment provided by the company.
• Maintain daily inspection records.
• Experience in inspection and testing of structures and welds.
• NDI methods (MPI, PT, Visual, UT) experience is preferred.
