University of Central Florida (UCF) is seeking a Career Services Coordinator for the CWEP program within the Dixon Career Development Center. The role focuses on providing comprehensive program support, marketing and recruiting activities, and maintaining accurate student and program records.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience or a Master’s degree with 0+ years, along with strong Microsoft Office and HR system skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience, or Master's degree and 0+ years; equivalent combination per Fla. Stat. 112.219(6).
• Experience with databases or HR platforms such as Handshake or Workday is preferred.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple processes and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive program support for CWEP, including requisitions review, candidate referral, interview coordination, and HR-related processes.
• Coordinate orientation/onboarding, verify documents, monitor background checks, and ensure compliance.
• Serve as CWEP payroll timekeeper and manage Workday transactions.
• Maintain accurate CWEP records including student files and payroll data.
• Support marketing and recruitment of CWEP via outreach, career fairs, and sessions.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support CWEP, DCDC, and department priorities.
