Family Pet Clinic of Newberg is seeking an experienced Certified Veterinary Technician to join our team, supporting outpatient care and procedural services including surgery and dentistry. The role blends exam room duties, client communication, and hands-on procedural support in a busy general practice.

Qualifications

• 4+ years veterinary technician experience
• Active and good-standing Certified Veterinary Technician in Oregon

Responsibilities

• Support efficient exam room, outpatient, surgical, and dental workflows
• Perform anesthesia induction, monitoring, assisting, and recovery
• Provide dental procedures incl. prophylaxis and radiography
• Maintain accurate medical records and treatment documentation
• Review treatment plans and discharge instructions with clients
• Support case management across the hospital
• Educate clients and deliver attentive service
