Vitruvian Health seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide direct care in the Cardiovascular Surgical Intensive Care Unit (CVSICU). You will coordinate care for adolescent to geriatric patients, respond to emergencies, and uphold Hamilton’s mission and professional standards.
Qualifications include an accredited nursing degree (BSN preferred), Georgia RN license with BLS required and ACLS/CCRN preferred, and experience in critical care. Flexibility for shift work is expected.

Provides and coordinates direct care to adolescent, adult and geriatric patients in the Cardiovascular Surgical Intensive Care Unit (CVSICU) utilizing the nursing process. Is responsible for appropriately managing care of assigned patients who present with life‑threatening illness and/or disease. Demonstrates professional growth and development. Demonstrates a commitment to service, Hamilton’s mission, values, and professionalism.
Works in typical acute health care setting with adolescent, adult and geriatric patients experiencing a wide range of medical and/or surgical problems. Required to work flexible schedule including weekends. Requires full range of body motion including handling and lifting patients, manual and finger dexterity and eye‑hand coordination. Requires standing and walking for extensive periods of time. Occasionally lifts and carries items weighing up to 50 pounds. Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range. Requires working under stressful conditions. Requires exposure to communicable diseases or body fluids.
