Job Description
- Lead, engage, motivate, and ensure accountability of team members or CVS work areas (production, pack-out, etc.).
- Create weekly schedules considering workflow volume, delivery, and transmission times to prevent customer impact, and hold team members accountable for attendance.
- Ensure the team’s work (processing, pack-out, etc.) is accurate and efficient.
- Coordinate workflow to ensure all tasks are completed before shift relief.
- Provide guidance and direction to team members needing additional support.
- Research complex out-of-balance transactions and make necessary approvals independently.
- Monitor productivity standards, hold team accountable, and assist with training for improvement.
- Conduct daily team huddles to facilitate communication, review productivity, address issues, and celebrate successes.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, including banking and regulatory requirements.
- Identify process improvements, collaborate with supervisors and managers, and implement enhancements.
- Actively identify safety and security risks, address deficiencies, and report concerns.
- Follow escalation and security notification policies.
- Stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds as required.
- Foster engagement and collaboration with peer supervisors for seamless workflow.
- Ensure accurate balancing of orders/deposits and proper custody control.
Knowledge, Skills, and Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; BS/BA preferred.
- Strong math, verbal, and comprehension skills required.
- Proficiency in daily workgroup tasks highly recommended.
- Experience in a fast-paced, secure production environment required.
- At least 2 years of active production experience recommended.
- Ability to take ownership, resolve issues, and make decisions required.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand long periods, bend, and stoop.
- Regularly lift/move up to 50 pounds; may need assistance for heavier items.
- Push, pull, and maneuver containers or carts weighing up to 150 pounds.
- Reach into tanks or boxes to retrieve items.
